What to include
- The page and section you were reading.
- The sentence that confused you, or the figure you think is wrong.
- What you expected to find instead, and why.
What we will never ask for
We will never ask for private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or account details, and we will never ask you to send funds to anyone. Do not send those things to anyone who asks, by email or any other route, including anyone who claims to speak for this site.
What we can and cannot do
We can explain how a mechanism works, and we can correct our own explanations when they are wrong. We cannot review your holdings, tell you what to buy or sell, or predict prices. Nothing in a reply is financial, legal, or medical advice.
